Evaluation Criteria

Submissions were evaluated based on their use of WPF, their innovative display of financial data, the quality of the code, performance, appearance, and overall functionality. The decision of the judges were final.

Eligibility

Submissions were developed by individual developers. Team submissions were not considered.

The contestants used WPF to develop their solution.

The contestants used any additional technologies they wished as necessary, but these were used as supporting technologies only.

UPDATE: The contest was no longer restricted only to residents of Canada, Mexico, the United States, and Puerto Rico. The contest was open to residents of any country world-wide.

Rights

The contestant retains all rights associated with the intellectual property developed for the contest, but by taking part in the contest, Lab49 receives rights to showcase the winning solutions at Windows Developer's Conference and distribute the solution online after the date of the respective event reception.
